Why measure at all

Four threats stay silent for years. Measuring is how you see them.

Most chronic disease in India is found late because nothing hurts until it is advanced. These are the four we look for, with the national figures behind them.

  • Fat cells with lipid droplets, fluorescence micrograph

    Heart and metabolism

11.4%of Indian adults have diabetes, and a further 15.3% have prediabetes1

Blood sugar, blood fats and the fat stored around the organs drift for years before a diagnosis. The same national survey found high blood pressure in 35.5% of adults.

  • A dividing cell in mitosis, fluorescence micrograph

    Cancer screening gaps

1.9%of Indian women aged 30–49 have ever been screened for cervical cancer; 0.9% for breast cancer2

A blood panel cannot screen for cancer, and we never present one as if it could. Bring your screening history to the consultation so your physician can see what is missing.

  • Neurons with branching dendrites, fluorescence micrograph

    Brain health

7.4%of Indians aged 60 and over are estimated to have dementia3

Several of the inputs that bear on the ageing brain are measurable in midlife: blood sugar, B12 and homocysteine, and how fit your heart and lungs are.

  • Skeletal muscle fibres, fluorescence micrograph

    Muscle and bone

Muscle and bone are lost quietly from midlife, and a fall in your seventies is often the first sign. We found no national figure solid enough to quote here, so we measure yours instead.

The science

A standard checkup reads about 20 numbers. We read the other 380.

Longevity is decided by markers that move decades before a diagnosis — and most never appear on a routine panel. Here is a sample of what we measure, and why each one earns its place.

400+ parameters12 organ systemsEvidence-graded A–CPhysician-interpreted

Cardiometabolic · 40+ markers

Sample

ApoB

Grade A

The particle count that actually drives plaque — missed by a standard lipid panel.

Lp(a)

Grade A

Genetic heart-risk marker most Indians have never had measured once.

HbA1c

Grade A

Your three-month blood-sugar average — the slow drift toward diabetes, seen early.

hs-CRP

Grade B

Vascular inflammation: the fire that accelerates plaque.

What we test

Every marker has its own page. Tap one.

Our library explains each blood marker we read in plain language: what it is, what moves it, and, where Indian data exist, how Indian results differ. Your physician confirms which ones your own panel includes at the discovery call.

Our approach

Detect. Prevent. Optimize.

Not a spa, and not a quick fix. A physician-led loop that finds problems early, acts on them, and proves the change with your own numbers.

  1. 01

    Detect

400+ parameters across 12 organ systems, with DEXA, VO₂ max and epigenetic age. We look for what an annual checkup misses, years before symptoms.

    • Blood panel

    • VO₂ max
    • Epigenetic age
    • Skin imaging

    400+ parameters · 12 systems

  2. 02

    Prevent

Your physician builds the protocol from your results: nutrition, training and sleep first, then NAD+, HBOT or hormone therapy only where your numbers call for it.

    Optimize

Quarterly retesting shows what is working. Your Healthspan Score and biological age are measured again, and the plan changes with them.

The instruments

Six tests, and what each one can see.

Every result is reviewed with a Genoryx physician; none arrives as a printout to decode alone. Times are as stated on each test's page.

  • Automated blood analyser with sample tubes in a clinical laboratory

    Blood panel

    Measures
A fasting panel across heart, metabolic, hormone, liver, kidney and inflammatory health.
    Reveals
Early drift a routine checkup reads as normal, read against the levels linked with lower risk in published cohorts as well as the lab range.
    Time
30–45 min draw, then a 60-minute physician consultation
    Repeated
    Every 3–6 months
  • DEXA body composition scanner in a clinic room

    DEXA

    Measures
Fat, lean mass, visceral fat and bone density, region by region, by low-dose X-ray.
    Reveals
Fat stored around the organs that BMI cannot see, and muscle and bone you will rely on later in life.
    Time
10–15 min scan, then a 30-minute physician review
    Repeated
    Annual or biannual
  • Treadmill and breath-analysis cart for a cardiopulmonary exercise test

    VO₂ max

    Measures
Maximum oxygen uptake, ventilatory thresholds and training zones, on a treadmill with a breath-analysis mask.
    Reveals
Aerobic fitness, one of the strongest predictors of long-term health, and the zones to train in.
    Time
    45–60 min, including warm-up and cool-down
    Repeated
    Every 6–12 months
  • InBody bioelectrical impedance analyser with hand grips and foot plates

    InBody

    Measures
Muscle, fat, visceral fat and body water by body segment, by bioelectrical impedance.
    Reveals
Quick, repeatable tracking of body composition between DEXA scans.
    Time
    60-second scan, then a 15-minute physician review
    Repeated
    Quarterly tracking
  • DNA methylation array slide beside a sample plate

    Epigenetic age

    Measures
DNA methylation in a blood sample.
    Reveals
An estimate of biological age and pace of ageing, read with your blood work, never as a diagnosis.
    Time
15-minute draw; results consultation 2–3 weeks later
    Repeated
    Every 6–12 months
  • Continuous glucose monitor sensor and applicator on a windowsill

    CGM

    Measures
Glucose every few minutes from a sensor worn for at least 14 days.
    Reveals
How your meals, sleep, stress and exercise move your blood sugar, day by day.
    Time
14 days of wear, then a 60-minute physician analysis
    Repeated
    Repeatable quarterly

Built for Indian bodies

Most reference ranges were set on other populations. We read yours in Indian context.

Six places where an Indian body and a standard report disagree, and what we do about each. Every claim is footnoted.

  • 01

    Lp(a), tested at least once

An inherited cholesterol particle, set mostly by your genes and missing from most routine checkups. European guidance advises measuring it at least once in every adult’s life.1

  • 02

    HbA1c, never read alone

HbA1c is measured on red cells, so anaemia and low iron can make it read wrong.2 Anaemia affects 57% of Indian women aged 15–49.3 We always read HbA1c beside haemoglobin and ferritin.

  • 03

Thin on the scale, not inside

At the same BMI, Asian Indians tend to carry more body fat, more of it around the organs.5 The Indian consensus moves the overweight line to a BMI of 23, with waist action points of 90 cm for men and 80 cm for women.4 DEXA measures the visceral fat a BMI hides.

  • 04

Insulin resistance before the weight shows

Because the limits of a healthy BMI sit lower for Asian Indians,4 fasting sugar can look normal while insulin is working harder than it should. So we measure fasting insulin and the HOMA-IR score, not only sugar.

  • 05

Vitamin D, low despite the sun

In a survey of 1,403 adults around Delhi, the median vitamin D level in the city was 7.7 ng/mL, below the 10 ng/mL line the study calls severe deficiency. City dwellers, women and people with abdominal fat were the most likely to be severely low.6

  • 06

    B12, if you are vegetarian

B12 comes almost only from animal foods, and metformin and long-term acid reducers lower it further.7 A shortfall can cause tingling and forgetfulness before the blood count changes. We read it with homocysteine.

Step 4 · The protocol

Begin your protocol.

A written plan built from your results: what to change first, which protocol fits, if any, and the dose and retest date for each.

Step 5 · The retest

Track and improve.

Quarterly retesting shows what is working and what is not, and the plan changes with your numbers. Data, not hope.

  2. Day 1

    Your first visit

    With: Clinic team

Testing at Banjara Hills or Manikonda: a 30–45 minute blood draw, plus DEXA, InBody or VO₂ max where your plan includes them. Bring recent reports and a list of your medicines.

  3. When every result is back

    Results, explained

    With: Physician

A 60-minute consultation in person. Every marker explained, your biological age as a range, and anything serious told to you directly. Epigenetic results take 2–3 weeks.

  4. The weeks after

    A written plan

    With: Physician

What to change first, in what order, which protocol fits if any, and the date each number gets retested. Oraia answers questions between visits.

  5. Day 90

    Retest and review

    With: Physician

The markers that can move in three months are measured again. HbA1c needs the full window, because red cells live about three months. The plan changes with the numbers.

What we offer

Five treatment protocols.

Every protocol is physician-designed, and each part of it is given only after screening, where clinically indicated.

  1. Recovery Reset

    Compression Therapy

Sequential pneumatic pressure that moves fluid back toward the heart.

    Protocol 1 · 45-60 min

    Recovery Reset

A physician-designed session of compression therapy, red light therapy and PEMF, with an IV infusion only where your bloodwork gives a clinical reason. Used around training and for fatigue once its causes have been checked.

Starts from your results: what your physician looks at first

Before you start: A physician screening first. The evidence for these modalities in healthy adults is limited, and your physician explains it before you start.

    Schedule this protocol: Recovery Reset
  2. Metabolic Protocol

    IV (NAD+/B-complex)

NAD+ and B-vitamin infusions, prescribed after a metabolic panel.

    Protocol 2 · 45-60 min

    Metabolic Protocol

Red light therapy and PEMF, with a B-complex or NAD+ infusion only where a physician finds a clinical reason after a metabolic panel. For fatigue whose causes have been looked for first.

Starts from your results: what your physician looks at first

Before you start: Infusions are prescribed only where clinically indicated after screening. Human evidence for IV NAD+ in healthy adults is early, and it is not offered as an anti-ageing treatment.

    Schedule this protocol: Metabolic Protocol
  3. Body Composition & Performance Protocol

    Cryotherapy

Brief, controlled whole-body cold exposure at sub-zero temperatures.

    Protocol 3 · 50-60 min

    Body Composition & Performance Protocol

Cryotherapy, EMS-assisted training and guided breathwork, with an IV infusion only where your bloodwork gives a clinical reason. Planned around your training and body-composition measurements.

Starts from your results: what your physician looks at first

Before you start: Cardiovascular screening before cryotherapy and EMS. Changes are measured with repeat body-composition scans, not promised.

Schedule this protocol: Body Composition & Performance Protocol
  4. Stress & Sleep Optimization

    Neurofeedback

Real-time EEG feedback during guided relaxation sessions.

    Protocol 4 · 45-60 min

    Stress & Sleep Optimization

Neurofeedback, PEMF and guided breathwork, with an IV infusion only where a physician finds a clinical reason. For people with stress or poor sleep, tracked with HRV and sleep data.

Starts from your results: what your physician looks at first

Before you start: A physician reviews sleep and stress history first, including causes that need medical treatment. Your HRV and sleep data are tracked over time.

Schedule this protocol: Stress & Sleep Optimization
  5. Elite Longevity

    IV (NAD+/Glutathione)

NAD+ and glutathione infusions, prescribed against your markers.

    Protocol 5 · 60-90 min

    Elite Longevity

Red light therapy, PEMF and hyperbaric oxygen, with NAD+ or glutathione infusions only where a physician finds a clinical reason. Each component is assessed against your markers.

Starts from your results: what your physician looks at first

Before you start: Physician-assessed at every quarterly retest. It is not an anti-ageing treatment, and the evidence for these modalities in healthy adults is limited.

    Schedule this protocol: Elite Longevity

What we will never sell you

  • No spa upsells.

Massages, facials and aesthetic treatments are never bundled into a longevity assessment.

  • No vague wellness.

Every recommendation traces to a measured biomarker, a published dose and a follow-up date.

  • No promised results.

Your retest shows what moved and what did not, and we show you both.

Before you choose any clinic

Questions to ask any longevity clinic, and our answers.

Ask these wherever you go, including here. A good clinic answers each one plainly and shows you where the answer is written down.

  • 01Who reads my results, and do I meet them?

A physician goes through your results with you in person, never as a PDF left to decode alone. Genoryx is led by Dr. R. Brahmananda Reddy (MBBS, MSc Dermatology) and Dr. Asritha Reddy (MD Anaesthesia), with consulting specialists in endocrinology, women’s hormonal health and orthopaedics.

    Meet the physicians
  • 02What happens if you find something serious?

A physician tells you directly at your consultation, never through an automated report alone, and explains what the finding does and does not mean. If it needs a specialist or care beyond a clinic, you are referred onward and told how urgent it is.

    Read the hard questions
  • 03Will you try to sell me IV drips or spa add-ons?

No. IV therapy is offered only after a physician has screened you and only when a measured reason supports it. Massages, facials and aesthetic treatments are never bundled into a longevity assessment, and the assessment and consultation can be booked on their own.

    Compare your options
  • 04What if everything comes back normal?

Then you leave with a measured baseline instead of an assumption. A normal result is a good outcome, not a prompt to find something to treat: every recommendation has to trace to a measured marker or your history.

    See a sample report
  • 05I had a full-body checkup recently. Can I bring it?

Yes. Bring it to the consultation, or upload it to Oraia for a free first read, and your physician will show you what it already covers and what it leaves out. We do not repeat tests you have just had.

    Upload a report to Oraia
  • 06What can your tests not tell me?

A single reading is noisy, and biological-age clocks can disagree for the same person, so we show biological age as a range. Blood tests cannot see structure: they do not replace imaging, cancer screening or a physical examination.

    How we estimate biological age
  • 07What does a membership cost?

The prices are published: Recovery ₹20,000–25,000 a month for 8 sessions, Performance ₹45,000–60,000 for 12, Elite Longevity ₹90,000–1,50,000 for unlimited sessions. Single sessions outside a membership range from ₹4,000 to ₹30,000.

Why a skin doctor built a longevity clinic

Skin does not age in isolation. Neither do you.

Dr. Reddy spent 13-plus years treating the most visible organ, and built Vernon Skin & Hair Clinic in Hyderabad. The pattern he kept seeing: what shows on the skin is downstream of something deeper, in metabolism, hormones and the biology of the cell.

Genoryx is that idea, measured. If Vernon has looked after your skin, you already know the team. Now the same physicians look further in.

Measured, not promised

What a retest can show.

Every member is retested each quarter, so a change is a number rather than a feeling, and so is no change. These four cards are worked examples of what a retest measures and how a physician reads it. They are illustrative, not individual member results, and are not tied to any protocol.

  • Example 01

    HbA1c%

    First test
    6.1
    Retest
    5.8

Your three-month blood-sugar average. A retest shows which side of the 5.7% prediabetes line it sits on, and which way it is heading.

    6 months apart

  • Example 02

    Biological age estimateyrs

    First test
    46
    Retest
    46.5

Read against the calendar: a year passed and the estimate moved half a year. The pace matters more than any single reading.

    12 months apart

  • Example 03

    HRVms

    First test
    38
    Retest
    44

Overnight heart-rate variability from your wearable, read as a trend across weeks rather than one night.

    4 months apart

  • Example 04

    VO₂ maxml/kg/min

    First test
    34
    Retest
    34.5

Small enough to be test-to-test variation. A retest also tells you when nothing has changed yet.

    5 months apart

Illustrative examples, not member records or a promise of results. Whether a marker moves, and how far, differs from person to person.

What our patients say.

We do not write testimonials. Every review of both clinics is public on Google, and the ones below are the newest, quoted exactly as written. Reviews about services we do not offer here, such as hair transplants at our founder’s skin clinic, are left out.

Before you book

Questions we get asked.

What is a Healthspan Score?

Your Healthspan Score is a composite number (0-100) derived from the 400+ parameter assessment across 12 organ systems. It tells you how well your body is aging compared to your chronological age — and, more importantly, what you can change.

How is this different from an annual health checkup?

A standard checkup tests 20-30 markers to detect disease. Every Genoryx package starts with the 400+ parameter entry assessment, built to find risk early. Our reference ranges are longevity-optimized — not just "normal." We measure what your body is doing right, not just what's gone wrong.

Who should book an assessment?

Anyone who wants to understand their health at a deeper level. Most of our patients are professionals aged 30-55 who feel fine but want data-driven optimization — not reactive sick care. If you've ever wondered why you're tired despite "normal" blood work, this is for you.

Is this physician-supervised?

Every protocol at Genoryx is designed and supervised by Dr. R. Brahmananda Reddy (MBBS; MSc Dermatology, University of Hertfordshire, UK), with 13+ years of clinical practice. No technicians running procedures. No AI prescribing treatments. Physician-led from assessment to protocol.

What happens after the assessment?

You receive your Healthspan Score report with a detailed breakdown by organ system. Then you sit with Dr. Reddy for a 60-minute consultation where he walks you through every finding and builds your personalized longevity protocol. Quarterly retesting tracks your progress.

What does it cost?

We offer three membership tiers: Recovery (₹20,000-₹25,000/month, 8 sessions), Performance (₹45,000-₹60,000/month, 12 sessions), and Elite Longevity (₹90,000-₹1,50,000/month, unlimited sessions). Individual sessions range from ₹4,000 to ₹30,000 depending on the protocol. Every tier starts with the 400+ parameter entry assessment and includes physician-designed protocols and progress tracking. Schedule a consultation to find the right fit.
